We're using the MicroProfile test suite to run MicroProfile complex scenarios tests during WildFly test cycles.

We implemented GitHub workflows in the test suite repository already, to keep changes in incoming PRs under control, and manual ones too.

In the context of CI testing shift-left effort, could be useful to have similar workflows in the WildFly repository, too, so that developers can trigger the MicroProfile test suite execution (e.g.: during feature implementation) to validate their changes and discover bugs early in the process.
