The microprofile-certification.sh script assumes each module in testsuite/integration/microprofile-tck has a target/surefire-reports dir with a junitreports child. But the 'telemetry' module doesn't have that structure; it has 4 surefire-reports-xxxx dirs.

Adapt the script to deal with this.
