The microprofile-certification.sh creates output file names and file content text that are adapted to reflect that WF was not a compatible impl of MicroProfile Platform 6 and 6.1, due to not implementing MicroProfile Metrics. But starting with WF 35, we do implement the full MicroProfile Platform 7.0, so we should adjust.

For the WildFly 35 release I did this manually.
