For the MP FT TCK we needed to instantiate the Telemetry CDI bean eagerly for the TCK infrastructure to work, similar to how upstream SR FT project does. This is, however, no longer necessary with fix for WFLY-20075.

While the logic can be theoretically be kept in place, we need to remove it to effectively test and track changes to the implementation that might be affecting the integration.
