Switch Jakarta Data host-exclude setting for WF 34 to use 'known-release'

      Until WFCORE-6904 is integrated in full WF, the host-exclude settings I'm adding for the Jakarta Data extension cannot use the 'known-release' setting to specify WildFly 34 and instead must use 'management-major-version' and 'management-minor-version'.  Update to 'known-release' once we have WFCORE-6904 available.

      I'm marking this a Critical as we want it right for WF 35. I'm scheduling it for 35 Beta under the belief it can be done in time, but if it gets rolled to 35 Final that's fine IMHO.
