In https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/pull/18325 ehugonne1@redhat.com proposed moving to Jackson 2.18 but later withdrew the proposal as not necessary for the main point of that PR.

But in the meantime most of the affected leads gave at least a partial +1 to doing the upgrade.

So, since we've done most of the hard part I'll propose the upgrade in a separate PR.
