At this moment, the WildFly Core feature pack resources are being copied using the maven resource plugin into the WildFly feature packs at build time.

We should inject the WildFly Core feature pack at provisioning time so we can get the advantage of using channels, otherwise, changes in WildFly Core feature pack will require a component upgrade in WildFly.
