Currently to execute just the parts of the TS that exercise 'wildfly' feature-pack-specific tech it's necessary to do a complex exercise of identifying which modules to run. Create a profile to simplify this.

We may already have a profile to only run the base part (by telling the build to test wildfly-ee) but if not find a way to add one.
