QuickStart ejb-multi-server is not possible to deploy into server in domain mode

      The README for the ejb-multi-server QuickStart contain a step deploy: 

      mvn wildfly:deploy

      This step is failing with the following error:

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.wildfly.plugins:wildfly-maven-plugin:5.0.0.Final:deploy (default-cli) on project ejb-multi-server-app-web: Failed to execute goal deploy: WFLYDC0022: Operation failed or was rolled back on all servers. -> [Help 1]

      Unfortunately there is no more details what went wrong. 

      Please review to the steps in the README and the QS.
