When we are backporting changes from the project to the product, project build dir names change. This requires changes to make ProvisioningConsistencyBaseTest resilient to these changes, so the task here is to make this test use maven property values instead of hardcoding directory names in the class, for example, build becomes ee-build when we are converting to product.
