Recent issue (WFLY-19747) with multiple deployments using MP Fault Tolerance has uncovered missing definition of support levels we have for MP specs with regard to multiple top-level deployments and EAR deployments.

The task is to define and document (e.g. a table in our documentation) with references to limitations of individual specs.

Moreover, this contract should be enforced by adding corresponding tests to our testsuite in testsuite/integration/microprofile.
