Note that this is a setup failure, so the link above will never show successes. TC doesn't track those. But still it fails fairly often.

Failures seem primarily related to s390 testing.

WFLY-12558 was aimed at this kind of problem; perhaps the same fix (attempting reconnects when connecting to the syslog server) will work here. In any case there's no reason for different uses of the SyslogAuditLog class to use different settings here.
