Currently, /subsystem=undertow/server=/host= registers that it provides the WebHost.CAPABILITY, however only the host referenced by the "default-host" attribute of the server resource referenced by the "default-server" attribute of the root undertow subsystem resource can actually provide this.

Since only one WebHost.CAPABILITY can ever be registered, it does not make sense to require a dynamic name.

This capability should registered on the undertow subsystem root resource, which is the resource that dictates the default server.
