The Micrometer and OpenTelemetry QS should use same version of Otel Collector, currently such QS uses 0.89.0, which is outdated and is incompatible configuration wise with the latest, while Wildfly uses an in between version. We should sync both on same version, preferable the latest one since config has changed.
