Common.bat and Common.ps1 are used by the launch scripts driven by WildFly Core, however, they are overwritten in WildFly full.

That leads to an inconsistent state and forces us to modify them in WildFly when they require any change due to any modification for the launch scripts.

It looks like they were left over when we moved back the launch scripts to be driven by WildFly Core.
