The 'microprofile-reactive-messaging-kafka'  have instruction to start kafka instance in terminal.  This is problem on the Windows OS because the Kafka is not supported on the windows and start scripts are missing. 

There is possibility to use a docker to start a Kafka instance. But is this is not mentioned in the Readme.
