The PropertiesRealmTestCase has some typos in the CLI configuration in the ServerSetupTask. This configures the fails to configure the server and the tests pass as they are unsecured. One step that should be taken is to add tests to make requested with an unauthenticated user to ensure the we get an unauthorized response.

The user files are also not copied over which needs to happen as well as the roles properties configuration is missing.
