ManagementOnlyModeTestCase is failing (almost constantly) on the WildFly testsuite because Oidc Manual Mode tests are starting the server with preview stability.

Both ManagementOnlyModeTestCase and the Manual Mode OIdc tests share the same server, so when ManagementOnlyModeTestCase is executed after, let's say for example after OidcWithDeploymentConfigTest, it will fail because the Oidc test writes the configuration using preview stability.
