Revise the credential / redirect-rewrite-rule parsing in the elytron-oidc-client subsystem

      The elytron-oidc-client subsystem originated from the keycloak adapter, which parses children to resources differently than wildfly. For example, the client credential resource, which is a child of secure-deployment is parsed as 

      <credential name="secret" secret="0aa31d98-e0aa-404c-b6e0-e771dba1e798"/> 
<redirect-rewrite-rule name="^/wsmain/api/(.*)$" replacement="/api/$1/"/>

      as opposed to 

      <credential name="secret">
       <secret>0aa31d98-e0aa-404c-b6e0-e771dba1e798</secret>
</credential>
<redirect-rewrite-rule name="^/wsmain/api/(.*)$">
        <replacement>/api/$1/</replacement>
</redirect-rewrite-rule>
