Some project that are dependencies of WildFly should be able to run some build/test jobs of WildFly on multiple JDK/OS with SNAPSHOT builds of the dependency.

For example, galleon-plugins project should run WildFly main branch tests with multiple setups when a new PR is opened.

A shared workflow file should be introduced in WildFly to achieve this requirement.
