Remove okhttp dependency

    Description

      The default OTLP exporters provided by opentelemetry-java are based on okhttp, which uses Kotlin code. Due to file sizes, etc, we need to remove our use of okhttp/kotlin. SmallRye OpenTelemetry provides a couple of vertx-based exporters that are drop-in replacements for those provided by opentelemetry-java project.
