In the context of the WildFly Quickstarts Enhancements CY2023Q3, every time a quickstart adds a CLI script to provisioning, which includes a 'reload', most times it results on GitHub actions CI fails when doing the server provisioning.

Please note that such fails do not happen in local builds.
