The helloworld-mutual-ssl quickstart requires a custom testing server.host param, and it is not openshift compatible ATM, so we need to add 2 additional input params to quickstart_ci.yml to customize the instructions to test, and disable the local openshift testing. It is also handy to expose input params to run or not the testing of provisioned-server and bootable-jar profiles.
