    Description

      WFLY-18493 did implement CY2023Q3 Quickstarts enhancements for microprofile-config, and that required to disable the quickstart's existing functional testing, which uses arquillian (i.e. OpenShift incompatible). 

      This Jira should track the rework of the disable testing, to match the requirements defined at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GFnZrnlwRkwC0HfziRws2UUWR99KdaQayA7Ei12SGN4/edit#heading=h.sknygeo69qar
