BOMs: avoid importing org.apache.maven:maven in the ee-with-tools BOM

The org.apache.maven:maven POM is being transitively imported into the ee-with-tools Wildfly BOM. As a result, when generating an effective pom of the ee-with-tools BOM, large number of maven related artifacts is present. Firstly these artifacts are useless to app dev, secondly it breaks some downstream QE tests which verify that created BOMs are aligned according to current Wildfly channel.
