Description
From time to time it happens changes in server invalidate bom building. Recent examples:

- https://issues.redhat.com/browse/WFLY-17879
This issue is to move in upstream BOMs to Wildfly repo, so building BOMs can be checked instantly with wildfly changes and we can prevent such issues.
