Just a few minor issues that don't affect the QS functionality:

• root Readme.adoc:
  • duplicate sentence: "Each quickstart folder contains a README.html file that describes the quickstart features and provides instructions about how to build and run it."
  • missing remote-helloworld-mdb QS description in QS table

• Building and running the quickstart application with OpenShift:
  • the "unlike the provisioned-server profile" sentence part makes sense only for WildFly

• servlet-security.adoc:
  • A redundant "+" character in "Restore the JBoss EAP Standalone Server Configuration by Running the JBoss CLI Script".
