Remove legacy security test handling from smoke tests pom

The smoke tests pom contains a lot of includes/excludes and plugin executions to deal with legacy security handling. It seems everything is now migrated to Elytron, so we should pull those tests back into the standard execution and get rid of the related includes/excludes.
