When provisioning additional feature packs together with wildfly's feature pack, the generated license.html is incorrect

    Description

      When provisioning Wildfly feature pack together with another feature pack, the properties used in license template are merged before processing the XSL template. This can lead to the {{ version }} property from additional feature pack being used instead of version defined in Wildfly.
