In order to pass the jpa/core/lock/query Jakarta EE 10 Platform TCK tests, we need to upgrade to Hibernate ORM 6.2.3.Final which contains a fix for follow on locking not always working (https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-16541)
