Currently, there's no way the remoting endpoint creation options can be configured.
I see a TODO https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/blob/master/remoting/src/main/java/org/jboss/as/remoting/RemotingSubsystemAdd.java#L78 which seems to have remained unimplemented.
For now, the only endpoint point options that are passed are hardcoded from here https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/blob/master/remoting/src/main/java/org/jboss/as/remoting/EndpointConfigFactory.java#L46.
