Batch subsystem supports performing batch job operations with a specific user. We should add some tests for these operations with user, such as:

• start a job execution with a user
• restart a failed or stopped job execution with a user
• while a job execution started with a user is running, suspend and resume the server, and make sure the job execution is automatically restarted
