Convert parameterized subsystem parsing tests to extend AbstractSubsystemSchemaTest

A number of subsystems were ported to use SubsystemSchema enumerations, and their subsystem parsing tests parameterized.
Any parameterized parsing test with more than 1 schema version will need to override logic within the AbstractSubsystemBaseTest to skip XML comparisons. This will be automatically handled by the base class.
