Remove the unused Hibernate 6.0 module

This is a minor issue. We occasionally create (useful) aliases for the Hibernate ORM module so that legacy applications can use them. However, I can think of no need to have a org.hibernate:6.0 module. At some point we might consider creating a org.hibernate:6.2 module but I think we should wait until there is a need for it.
