Description
Originally, we planned to backport a configuration-less version of the distributed EJB timers feature to an older downstream release. The LegacyTimerManagementProviderFactory interface and implementation were intended to create a TimerManagementProvider to support the case where the distributable-ejb subsystem did not exist.
This never happened, so we can drop this.
