The file https://www.jboss.org/schema/jbossas/jbossws-jaxws-config_5_0.xsd has different content than its source at https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/blob/main/webservices/server-integration/src/main/resources/schema/jbossws-jaxws-config_5_0.xsd

It probably just needs reupload to the web location.
