Add test Patching coverage to the mixed domain test suite. We should validate that from the Domain Controller client we are able to execute patching related management operations and patch commands.

We do not need an exhaustive test coverage since this resource and its management operations and commands are already being tested by using the legacy server code base.

We only need to validate that we can use the operations from a Domain Controller client.
