The Dependency Tree Input Builder workflow doesn't build the boms/standard-test bom

https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/pull/16541 fails because it adds references to a maven module that the Dependency Tree Input Builder workflow doesn't build.

I suspect we should stop trying to only build a subset of the server modules and just do something like mvn install -Dquickly.
