JPA/Hibernate 2nd level cache fails to invalidate updated entries when cache-container configured with ProtoStream marshaller

If the hibernate cache-container is configured with marshaller=PROTOSTREAM, the 2nd level cache appears to work correctly, but will fail to invalidate updated entries, resulting in stale reads.  This is because the 2nd level cache configuration lacks marshallers/schemas for the keys used by hibernate.
