NamingBindingResourceDefinition.TYPE does not declare its allowed-values

NamingBindingResourceDefinition.TYPE has a restricted set of legal values, enforced via NamingBindingAdd.coerceToType. These should be declared in the AttributeDefinition so they will be properly described in read-resource-description and can be properly validated in Stage.MODEL.
