Deprecate attributes in the connector modules that should be; review already deprecated ones

Check for any attributes solely related to legacy security and if not deprecated, deprecate them.

Review attributes and operations items that were already deprecated and see if they can be removed or converted to purely admin-only, so they fail in a non-admin-only server and only exist to support DC control legacy secondary hosts in a mixed version domain.
