Move test dependency which is dependent on the WFCORE

    Description

      While moving test deps from root pom.xml to the testbom project in WFCORE-6203, full WildFly breaks because it is using WFCORE test deps. So we need to add test dependency which is coming from WFCORE. For more information Zulip discussion
