Remove the 'jakarta' maven resource plugin filtering of module.xml files

As part of the work transitioning for EE 8 to 10 we added expressions to some of the module.xml files maven GA strings and used maven-resource-plugin filtering to convert those expressions to either "" or something like "-jakarta". This allowed EE 8 standard WF builds to use the same module.xml source code as EE 10 WFP builds that used EE 10.

This is no longer needed so clean it out.
