Use deployment-transformer-feature-pack jar in the wildfly-preview feature pack

    Description

      Once WFLY-17219 is done the deployment-transformer archive will be available from a separate code base. So remove the local code and pull in the artifact from that code base when building the wildfly-preview feature pack.
