Update helloworld-mutual-ssl-secured quickstart README

The description at the top of the README mentions that this quickstart "demonstrates securing a Web application using client mutual SSL authentication and role-based access control". Users might accidentally think this is referring to the RBAC feature. This should be reworded to something like "demonstrates securing a Web application using certificate-based authentication with authorization".
