Drop transformer registrations and tests for the legacy extensions

    Description

      Legacy extensions are no longer supported for use on current version servers but are supported on host controllers in order to allow the use of the extension on legacy version hosts in a mixed-version domain.

      However, we no longer support mixed-version domains below WF23, so it is likely we can remove this code for these extensions (they extend AbstractLegacyExtension).

      So the task here is to identify them and remove the related transformer registrations and tests
