JDBC drivers - deprecate driver-name attribute

    Description

      The driver-name attribute is superfluous since the name can be obtained from the name of the resource itself. Currently a user is required to input the name twice when adding a new driver and there's no need for that.

      This is only for the DMR side of things, no change is required on the XML side.
