Drop source transformation for the microprofile-opentracing-smallrye subsystem

    Description

      The microprofile-opentracing-smallrye subsystem is still being transformed via the batavia source transformer. Now that WildFly has migrated to Jakarta EE 10, we should migrate the subsystem itself and remove the module from the source transformer.
