To help address community engagement needs, the WildFly BOMs project (https://github.com/wildfly/boms) is in need of the following:

• A SECURITY.md describing instructions on how users should report a security vulnerability.
• A CODEOWNERS file that defines individuals or teams that are responsible for code in a repository (e.g., https://github.com/hal/console/blob/main/CODEOWNERS).
• Consider adopting code of conduct

It is suggested that individual sub-tasks be created for each of these to make it easier to track individual tasks as well as to delegate as team structures allow. If one or more of these tasks are inappropriate or undesired for a project, please feel free to disregard.
