Manual-mode testsuite uses invalid protocol stack

The manual-mode testsuite replaces MPING with TCPPING in the "tcp" protocol stack.  However, discovery now resides above RED, which must reside just above the transport.

When RED was added to the protocol stack, the scripts used by the testsuite need to update their add-index accordingly.
